It isn't what you look at, it's what you see.

Manifestation refers to various pseudoscientific self-help stratergies that can purportedly make an individuals wishes come true by mentally visualising them. Manifestation techniques are based on the Law of Attraction and new thought Spirituality. 

That's all very well, yet mostly we don't really know exactly what we want, or we have no set goals in place. 

Consistency is key. 

The goal of manifestation is about clearly understanding what you want, asking for it, believing in it and making it a reality by feeling it and aligning yourself to that level.

Take sometime for yourself and grab a pen and paper.

  • Explore your grandest desires, ask yourself, what do I truly want from life?
  • Allow yourself to think limitlessly, consider what abundance truly means to you.
  • Observe your life as it is, and how you'd like it to be.

Visualisation is important because it helps you achieve your goals by conditioning your brain to see, hear, and feel the success in your mind.
