Life Before
I wouldn't say I woke up one day and decided my life wasn't fulfilling. It was more gradual than that. Truth be told, it's as though my whole life had been intricately designed to never fully satisfy me. As though to have lived in the mediocre, to have experienced only the 'safety' of what society expected of me.
Overtime it became clear to me that I had built a life on what others wanted from me, on what life's accepted 'norm's' had asked of me, and it couldn't have been further from my truth and authenticity if it tried.
Successful career, nice home, friends and family, holidays. On the outside some would say it looked as though I had it all. Only, at the end of the day, free from distraction and quietly alone with my thoughts I was restless, something terrified me. A singular thought that quietly ran on repeat..

What drives me
My business was born out of my personal journey towards healing and spiritual awakening. After experiencing corporate success, I felt a deep calling to help others navigate trauma, find inner peace, and live in heightened freedom and fulfilment.
My passion for healing and desire to empower individuals led me to leave my corporate career and embark on a new journey of creating my own business, a sanctuary for personal growth, healing and transformation.

Spiritual Home
The place of my Kundalini awakening initiated in the beautiful setting of Tomar, Portugal. A Kundalini awakening refers to the activation of Kundalini energy, believed to reside at the base of the spine in a dormant state. This awakening leads to the energy rising through the chakras, resulting in profound spiritual, emotional, and physical transformations.
It was as though I met myself, the version of myself I was destined to become and the feeling was so powerful, enriching and otherworldly it ignited within me a passion so deeply aligned with my soul it was undeniable, unavoidable and immensely addictive.
But it didn't stop there..
My time in Portugal was to become a magical, unforgettable tipping point in my existence, one for which I will always hold the deepest gratitude within, and the time I chose to change my life.

Initiation
Quinta de Regaleira, hidden within the moon mountain was owned and built by a 20th century Freemason, Antonio Augusto Carvalho Moneteiro who, at the time was the wealthiest man in Portugal.
His vision is said to harness the truest understanding of the significance of Sintra, it's landscapes, and it's magical powers.
The Poco Initiato or, inverted tower was built in 1904 so, although never used by the founding order of the Knights Templar the staircase is said to represent the 9 original Templars and on the floor below, central is the Templar cross. Some say the 9 levels also represent Dante's inferno however, this is not confirmed.
The inverted tower initiation wells are masterful, leading to a labyrinth of caves where an initiate would be blindfolded and holding their sword to chest would descend 9 flights of steps into the Earth, into darkness and when they reached the bottom they'd have to find the 'light' and ultimately 'walk on water', if found to be worthy, of course.

Feathers, numbers, signs and synchronicity, the Angels are always trying to communicate with you. Find enlightenment and connect with the spiritual realms. Be guided by the gentle love of the Angels and be amazed at how comforting, empowering and synchronised they are. Angel guidance is a beautiful experience of enlightenment and empowerment. Numerology is an ancient, mystical practice that can be found to have been used throughout our histories. Numbers hold a great deal of spiritual significance and some numbers are more magical and powerful than others. Numerology guidance can enhance our understanding and reveal insights into ourselves and the world we experience around us.
Crystal Healing
We are all energetic beings, and Crystals are no different, all having unique energetic frequencies of their own. The same as a walk in nature, by the ocean, amongst the trees, or even putting bare feet on grass. It all helps us connect on deeper levels to the frequencies of life and the world around us.
I believe that Crystal Energy allows us to connect further with different frequencies to suit our current emotional, healing, wellness, and vibrational needs.
Rose Quartz is a beautiful Crystal known to help soothe the body, calm our nervous systems and promote a healthy relationship with unconditional love for ourselves and others.
There are so many beautiful Crystals and I believe that they can heal the mind, body and soul by allowing positive energy to flow in and negative energy to be released paving the way for increased peace of mind, inner healing, balance and harmony..
Ancient Knowledge
Law of Gender, relating to masculine and feminine energy that exists within all things. Appling this Law of Life means you have cultivated and achieved balance between the two.
A Healing Experience
The healing benefits of just spending time in a Crystal shop can be incredibly profound, though I never leave empty handed. One of my favourite things to do is meander amongst the calming energy of Earths natural gifts and meet the beautiful souls who have created a space to do so.
The first Crystal Shop I ever went to will always hold a special place in my heart. I visit regularly and always come out feeling better than when I went in. Consider immersing yourself in the uplifting light of Natural Stones and Crystals.

Hidden Secrets
Woven through mysterious carvings, architecture, the unexplainable, the secrets of our truth are hidden in plain sight. Having studied history and gained much knowledge from Cyprus to the South of France, Portugal to the Scottish Isle, one of my favourite topics is that of Oak Island. Weaving the mystery together under the guise of just another 'piece of wood'.
The secrets of our creation, being and inner worlds collide in the most 'boring way' only, not to those who can see beyond. All that we have ever needed has been right in front of us, all along.
Even my webpage is loaded with ancient symbolism, clues and little prompts, when you know what you're looking for. I love this stuff. Ok, I might be a little bit of an historical geek.
